Hub

My hub switches off on its own accord trying to contact virgin to speak to some one

No seems to ne the cable between the transformer and the hub if you move it starts to work again but could be the hub . It has only just to started to do this (last couple of days)

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry you're having problems with your hub switching itself off.

 

It really shouldn't be doing that, so we'd need to look in to it. I've also had a look at the backend of your services and I can see that your downstream power levels are out of spec so you'd need a technician visit to get that fixed.
