Good evening - I have been learning lots from this forum, so thank you very much.
Can I ask a couple of hopefuly quick questions
1. I watched the VM Youtube video on changing channels - is turning the hub off and on manually the same as rebooting the hub from the Virgin Connect app? and how often should I do this for the least traffic channel to be automatically chosen?
2. When looking at hub connected devices, I see quite a few of my devices listed twice (but with different MAC and IP addresses). Why is that, and is that slowing things down? if so, how do I remove or manage this
