Hub red light

Hub showing a constant red light at the bottom. Tried reboot and all suggestions on website, including moving to a 'happy place', no improvement. Signal also drops out regularly. Website states that hub is 'overheating'. Please advise

Re: Hub red light

Does it feel hot to the touch? It does get a bit warm in normal use but if it does feel warmer than normal then get a replacement sent out, don’t let CS fob you off.

Re: Hub red light

Hi gedotoole,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community 🙂

I'm sorry you've been having some issues with your broadband.

It sounds like this has since been taken care of as you're getting a new hub, but if you do have any more issues then please let us know and we'll be happy to help.

Thanks

Melissa
