We're seeing some intermittent issues with our hub. Its fine for a few days, then will have a hour or so of what seem to be constant reboots (it disappears from the list of available WiFi and theres a little light disco on the front). It does eventually seem to sort itself out, but it can take upwards of an hour sometimes.
We've tried running the Virgin diagnostic when it's down, but its not showing any issues OR its not responding at all.
Someone at Virgin kicked about the idea the box might be goosed, but he was supposed to call back earlier this week and didn't.
Any suggestions, either to fix it, or how we get a replacement hub?
