Hub power light flashing no internet

The power light on my hub is flashing, the WiFi symbol is solid green. I’ve run a test from the website, checked all connections and turn it off and on again and it’s still not working. My husband and I both work from home and am engineer can’t come until Friday. Please help we can’t do anything right now!

Hi, there’s a pin hole reset button at the back of the hub hold this in for 1 min and the hub will reset.

Not connected to the Virgin network by the looks of it, could it be an area problem?

Thanks. I’ve tried this but it’s gone back to the same, power light still flashing. Is there anything else that I can do or get an urgent appointment with an engineer? Neither my husband or I can work right now

Have you an immediate neighbour you could check with to see if same problem as your self.
Otherwise ring Virgin and advise them you are key workers requiring assistance.
