Hub power button blinking green and no WiFi

My Virgin Hub is blinking green at the base with the WiFi led on solid green and I am not able to get onto the internet. 

the status checks are saying everything if fine and I have checked all the cables

Did you try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level. These may not be listed on the Area Status web page (Areas are not “Geographic” they are billing areas) as that usually only covers faults affecting 1000’s of customers) so phone may give you more info, but even that wont cover problems affecting just a few customers

Having exactly the same issue. Internet has been crap all week. There was a 'fix' on Wednesday. But still lots of intermittent connection and high latency Thursday and today. Now the base green light is blinking and WIFI light solid which means loose cable. Nothing is loose... 

VM: please fix asap!
