Hub keeps resetting

Hi everyone,

i recently have had an engineer out to look at why my hub keeps resetting, but to no avail. if anything its worse! They replaced some cables and the bit that goes in the wall.

It will reset / restart itself multiple times in a row and can does this for hours on end before stabilising, and will be fine for a while before doing it again.

I have tried all the usual tricks of resetting, checking connections, checking for local problems via the phoneline, etc

if anyone can help / flag for VM to arrange another  engineer visit i would be very grateful!

Your downstream levels are on the low side there - you may need a tech visit to rectify.
