Hi. Our hub 3 status shows internet online but we have no internet via wifi or lan or on tv. Rebooted and reset but no luck. No issues reported in area. Any suggestions?

Run the Hub 3's Diagnostic Test
Check 0800 561 0061 for a local error - it is an automated service
Back to basics - Ask the folks next door it they have the same situation.

No reported issues in area. Diagnostic shows issue with broadband but status shows internet online.

To rule out a hub wifi issue, if you connect a laptop via a network cable would that work ?
Regardless some issue exists. Perhaps 0800 561 0061 does not mention a fault as no one has complained yet.
What about the folks next door. Has their internet stopped working too ...

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing.
Looking into the local area, it looks like an outage was raised yesterday and is estimated to be resolved at 12pm today.
