Hub has suddenly started flashing white and now flashing red. Tried and followed all of the instructions but it's still red. Wished I had stuck with BT. Thisnis the 2nd issue I've had and nits not even a full 12 mo the yet. Need help ASAP.

Phone 0800 561 0061 it is an automated service that reports known faults in your street.
If no fault is reported, Customer Support are on 150 or 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone.

Thanks for your post and sorry to hear of the hub issues with a red light coming on.
We'd love to help, can you please confirm if it's a hub 3, 4 or 5 you have there as seen on our list here?
Also, could you expand more on what you've tried so far to resolve the issue?
Did you perform a reboot or full reset on the hub as seen on this link?
Last thing we wish to know is whether the hub is set on modem or router mode, to check this you can visit your hub settings page (process can be found on the above link) and see if modem mode is on or off (when on, the hub light turns red/magenta and Wi Fi is off).
Please, share more on the above let us know of any updates since your latest post if things look better today.
