Hub flashing red and no internet

My hub was been flashing red lights this morning, restarted it then reset it and restarted but the same problem. I really need it for work. Does it need replacing, how do I order a new one?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with a red light flashing on your hub, upon our latest checks there seems to be an area fault that's impacting you currently.

Please, visit our service status page here for more on this where our engineers send their updates regularly too.

The last update has advised of a fix estimate at 6pm today, however this provisional.
Please, monitor your connection and hub as well as the area fault and let us know in case the issues persist after this time or when the outage has cleared.

We'll be eager to assist further where needed, cheers.
