Hub fault

Red light constantly on on hub 3.

Done all the reboot etc and still same problem.

hub well ventilated.

spoke to customer services and got no where.

red light been on all day everyday for the past 2 weeks.

spoke to Virgin customer services and got nowhere.

Hey Cadle269, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear about your red light issues.

I would like to look into so I am going to send you a PM, in the meanwhile can you please try these steps for me;

• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
 Please look out for the purple envelope. Thanks
