Hub Security password missing

Is it possible to change the password for Wifi, but another way,not with 192.168.0.1 because i don't see any stickers on the hub, with Ip and security password.

I never changed my password for 2 years, and i'm sure this sticker hasn't even been on the hub since the beginning.

What can i do in this case?

Re: Hub Security password missing

And there is definitely nothing on the bottom of it?

Also - did you get any stickers with the hub?

Re: Hub Security password missing

Hi @IgorRosu.

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for you first post.

Sorry to hear this. Just to confirm are you unable to see a sticker that looks like this? https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-configure-advanced-settings-on-your-hub#hub3orhub4

Thanks,

Re: Hub Security password missing

the settings password should be on a label on the base of the hub - so pick it up - turn it over and look there

not sure if the wifi password is there - the hub should have come with a plastic card that slides in the bottom area - some also had a label that was removable

if you find the settings password then you dont need the other bits just log in and they are there in plain sight
