Just one of many possibilities, but go into the hub's settings, see if the wifi networks are turned on, and check the network name. If before the reset you, somebody else, or even a VM employee had renamed the networks (eg to keep the 2.4 and 5 GHz separate), then the reset will have put it all back to the default, and devices won't recognise the network name. If that theory is right, you can either rename the networks, or just reconnect devices to the network name currently broadcasting.
