Thought it might actually be better on here to get support than the forum! Hopefully you guys have experienced or know what this could be.
I got XGS PON installed Tuesday this week but am having intermittent disconnects (5 so far that I have been online at the time of) for decent periods of time 30 minutes +. The hub stays white but checks come back and return everything is dead. Restarting sends me to blue flashing, no amount of restarts seem to fix the issue, even giving it the 15-20 minutes advised.
My IPv4/DNS are blank during this time in Info. I have ran through the automated check/fix process online but don't know if there's any correlation between that and my net coming back up. At this point, it's happening consistently, with 2 disconnects today, so I'm thinking I have a dodgy hub?
The engineer did phone someone to discuss an issue with the hub setup on Tuesday but eventually got it working. I'm wondering if it's like a lease is expiring and I'm not authenticating back to the network or something strange? But that might be a million miles off 🙂

I can see you'd advised an engineer called on Tuesday and has fixed this, how has the service been since that call?

This was my post from Reddit scraped to here.. had no idea that was a thing. The engineer wasn’t a visit that was the initial install. It’s still broken. It has been out since 8:45am this morning and is still out now. Engineer booked tomorrow.
