Hi I was upgraded to a HUB 5 it for what ever reason when live at midnight to day so I had a hub for all working fine I switch over the the to the new hub 5 wifi is working and seem to be just as fast but the V6 box will not connect to it by the cable I have tried every think a rest of both the hub 5 and v6 new cable the lot it douse not even register it is connect to the hub 5 in the hub setting page.
I rang VM how ar elf no help they do not know what to do more do I I know they is an outage of Netflix and the app but I can not even get to that point.

Does the same network cable work or fail to work with the Hub 5 if you replace the V6 box with a laptop ?
