Hub 5 - separating 2Ghz from 5 Ghz

If the hub 5 won't separate the 2Ghz from 5 Ghz when adding devices can I ask to have it changed as engineer has been out rest it still no joy

Try signing into Hub and then:

  • select Advanced settings > Wireless > Security
  • amend Wi-Fi network names to separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks
  • select Apply changes

I am sorry you are not happy with the Hub 5 at the moment, we will do all we can to help. 

Have you been able to access the Hub's advanced settings to change the name of the SSID's as suggested by 用心棒?
