Hub 5 not supported in my area

Hi,

I have upgraded to volt ultimate. I was supposed to be getting a hub 5, but it didn’t arrive with the 2 x remote controls for my v6 boxes. After many painful hours with CS, being told the order has been placed, my latest call informed me that the hub 5 wasn’t supported in my area!! Really?? Does anyone else have the same problem? I’m in the SK10 area.

why send me email and say it’s going to be delivered or am I just being fobbed off

Customer Services saying the first thing that comes into their head again to get rid of the call. The Hub5 is supported in all areas. What hub do you have at the moment?

That’s what I thought! This process has been the worst ever! And to top it off I have rubbish download speeds, but supposed to have been upgraded!
