Hub 5.no power lead

Just received hub 5 but there is no power with it,old hub 3 power lead is not compatible & now old hub 3 won't connect because my service has been activated to the 1gb for hub 5 so left with no Internet.

Sorry to hear that you did not receive a power lead with your Hub 5. I can see that you have been able to speak with us since your post and arrange for an engineer to come out to ensure your equipment is activated as soon as possible.
