Since having a major outage a couple of weeks ago my hub 5s white light has started to dissappear a couple of times and I have to do a re boot...anyone else having this issue

Apologies for the service issues, that would usually mean the Hub has no power source.
Has allcables been checked?

All cables are OK...it just started to turn itself off...unplug and plug back in and it comes back on..

Thanks for coming back to us Johnie68. I have looked into your account and cannot see anything that would be causing such issues. Has there been any improvements or has anything changed since you last posted on Thursday morning?

No been fine....but I was away on holiday last week and one of my lads said he had to do a couple of reboots as the Internet kept going off..
