Hub 5 no connection this no internet

Hub 5 played up last night, no local issues found 

Checking main page : partial service US only

Network status is showing down and up no channels

Config: saying network access not allowed

Log showing critical no raging response received

 

Any clues, I've rebooked and reset the hub

I hate corrective text

Could there be any account payment issues? Maybe call to check.

All dd and nothing wrong when I called also tv is working fine
