I have had no Wi-Fi since yesterday morning. Our power was off for 30 minutes and once turned back on the Wi-Fi has been unable to connect to any devices. the virgin tv box works but that’s it.
I’ve been through the forum and completed all of the fixes multiple times. I work from home and this is extremely extremely inconvenient.
help please!

Connect a laptop direct to the Hub 5 with a network cable.
Login to the Hub 5 menu at http://192.168.0.1/ find out if it is connected to the Internet
Then check the Wireless settings to see if the Network Name/SSID and Password are still set to the expected values.
