Having real problems with our hub5
over the last few days has become more and more unreliable. Last night I checked it via t he app and it automatically started a20min factory reset.
I realised this has reverted it to its original identity and password. This is our 2nd hub 5 and the engineer who installed this one gave it the identity of the one it replaced so that we didn’t have to alter all connected devices.
my question is how do I do this on this occasion or is it an engineer fix?

Put hub in modem mode get a better 3rd party router with 1Gb ports

Connect to the Hub at http://192.168.0.1/
In the Wireless settings enter the SSID / Password that you would like to use for 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
