This is the 4th time in the space of a month my Hub 5 has stopped working completely.
I did a normal router reset due to not getting nowhere close to my advertised speeds, for the hub to yet again enter the flashing green light state which is a software update. Internet either shows Partial Serivce (US only) which I'm assuming is up stream or DS scanning.
I had a technician come out roughly 2 weeks ago, who was here for 3 minutes and said the problem is now resolved. He added an extension onto the router to boost the signal.
This is the log report for the router, which is clearly not syncing up.

I've checked the hardware and firmware and I'm already up to date, so I have no idea why this **bleep** keeps happening but it's getting extremely frustrating, especially when I was 2 days without service just last week.
