Hub 5, Pods won't connect

I have the Hub 5 (installed 24hrs ago) and my WIFI pods won't connect to the hub. They don't show in the VM Connect app either, it displays "No pods detected "

I need help please!!

VM Pods are paired to one Hub,

If the original Hub is replaced the VM Pods become inoperable & need to be replaced or need VM to re-pair them to the new Hub 5.
