Had the hub5 a few weeks now and works perfectly. Cannot for the life in me connect the pod to the hub.
the VM connect app picks every wifi device in the house. It picks up the pod and tries to install it but then pops up an error message saying it can’t find the device and to contact support.
You press the support button and it brings you to here. Ask the community! Sorry but what good is that. It seems to get this fixed VM have to privately message you. So please can you do this, just will not connect, it’s so frustrating. Obviously I’ve tried it in different locations, switching the hub off etc. just will not work.
No instructions as such, just plug in and follow the instructions on VM connect, never seems to go right and the VM connect app seems to be iffy. It’s definitely got better in the past year but now and again seems to not work and as per tells you to contact support which again brings you to here. Very frustrating

See if anything in message 5 in this thread helps to connect Pods…

Hi Dfraser, thanks for the message
I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the pod connecting, can you confirm if you are still having issues with this and if the link Jbrennand provided helped at all?

No I've not got it working. I'm not the most tech savvy and don't understand alot of it.

Hey @Dfraser,
Thanks for getting back to us, sorry that you are still having this issue with your Pods, I would like to go about looking into this further for you and see what I can do, for this I will need to confirm some information from you in a private message.
