Hub 5 Modem Mode Gone/Not working?

Last week I noticed that our Hub 5 was not in modem mode. I've been using modem mode since installed the Hub 5. When I try to reset modem mode it takes 10 minutes approx to cycle through but when it check it is still in router mode. Hub connected straight through to the network switch and own router turned off and disconnected. Hub cold booted. Any ideas?

Possibly a faulty hub, but what sequence are you following to go into modem mode? Pin hole reset first may help.

Test with just a PC to the hub in modem mode

or maybe updated the firmware and are reset the hub then modem mode don't work?
