I recently have had to put up with 3 weeks of what Virgin described as an 'intermittent signal issue', whereby my broadband would constantly disconnect and reconnect whenever it felt like it. Needless to say this was frustrating! Now for the last few nights our Hub 5 just completely disconnects, into a flashing blue light state for around 10 minutes, and then flashing red. I have tried ringing the 'helpful' faults line, who proceed to walk me through the same 'fixes' every single time, all without any success. All this has come after my contract and broadband speed were altered. Could this be a reason for my woes, or could my Hub 5 be faulty?
