This hub 4 is a load of rubbish in total ive 6 people saying they have sorted in when infact no one has done anything. No wifi or internet since the installed it. What rubbish.HELP

Opened the box where the cable from outside comes in. That was rusty which tells me water getting in there replaced the rusty bit. Replaced the hub as it was making a very large humming sound. Reset checked working  as into have internet. The speed wasnt correct so reset the hub  again nope reset again. Set was ok. He left i trìed to connect printer lol no go. Outside light no go, inside smart strip no go just a waste of time really. So next step try the other things you guys have advised.

The new Hub's WiFi has a different SSID (name) so with each of those devices you will need to tell them to 'forget' the old connection and start a new one.
