I received a hub 4 on the promise of better signal. Its been much worse, only has one connection point and links poorly with my extender. I didn't have any of these problems with hub 3.
I am told the signal is fine when I check but it keeps dropping out.
Any help gratefully received as all 'help' options on virgin site do not help. I also can't get through on phone line
