Hub 4

I received a hub 4 on the promise of better signal. Its been much worse, only has one connection point and links poorly with my extender. I didn't have any of these problems with hub 3. 

I am told the signal is fine when I check but it keeps dropping out. 

Any help gratefully received as all 'help' options on virgin site do not help. I also can't get through on phone line

Router mode is not that good use it in modem mode and get a better wireless router with 1Gb ports.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your HUB4,

I have located your account and can see there are some issues with your power levels that would require a technician
