Hub 4

I’ve had the HUB 4 for just over a week and the WiFi connection keeps dropping off on both tablet and mobile. Starting to become extremely annoying now as working from home. If I’m not working and mobile is set to WiFi, I don’t realise so am not getting mail etc through. Any ideas? Please don’t tell me to reboot

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the WiFi, is there any change since your post on Monday?

 

Can you confirm if there are any problems on a wired connection?

Seems to be ok at the moment, no problem with wired connection as of yet. Just seems to affect non wired
