My hub 4 is stuck on the solid white light. I've turned it off and on, disconnected and reconnected all the cables, and it just returns to the solid white light. When Virgin runs diagnostics it can't find a connection. They're sending someone round tomorrow, but considering it is turning on, there should be a way I can fix it. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your router being stuck on a white light and that you don't have a internet connection.
I have had a look our end and can see you have a Hub 3.0 not 4.0 there was a technician recently and it looks like things are now working again, all your levels are where they should be and the router is online with devices showing connected.
