Hub 4 reset to default

I have had a hub4 since early October, in the first couple of weeks it reset to the default 4 or 5 times since then once at the end of November and again today. This only happens on 2.5GHZ, 5GHZ OK. This appears as other users reported to be a Firmware/Software issue, related to updates?

Hi Davids73,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.

I'm very sorry for any issues you've been having with your broadband.

To confirm are you saying the hub is factory resetting?

^Martin

Yes Hub resets 2.5GHz channel back to default setting no issues with 5GHz channel.

If you have not got the pods then turn off smart/Intelligent WiFi.

Hi Davids73, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that the hub 4 keeps resetting. Does the same happen following a pin hole reset? Can you confirm if you are still getting this issue since posting? - Chris

It has been working fine since rest name and password (since 21/12/2021)
