Hi,
My hub 4 is displaying a constant red light, I’ve checked the cables, taken them out and put them back in, checked to make sure there are no issues in my area, reset the hub, all to no avail. If anyone has any ideas on what more I can do it would be greatly appreciated!

The HUB4 will only be RED if it is just installed and VM messed up activating it fully or it was up and running and there is Network issue in your area.

It was working fine this morning until it suddenly wasn’t. I keep checking for issues in the area but apparently there isn’t any. I’ve booked an engineer to come out on Thursday but from everything I’ve read and seen it’s telling me that it’s an issue with the cables but how the cables can be fine one minute and broken the next is beyond me!

Oh, never mind, I’ve just got a message to say there is an issue in my area!
