Hub 4 network issues

New hub keeps dropping out and when using diagnostic tool it says network issues. Tightened all connections and rebooted etc what can I do?

What drops? Wired or wireless devices? Or all?

Do the lights change on the hub?

Very sorry for any issues you've been having and for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

I've had a look and can see since posting we identified an area issue which has since been resolved.
