I'm sorry to hear your Hub 4 is creating some noise. I've taken a look on our side, and can see that the Hub has been online for more than 30 days. Can you please try performing a full reboot by switching it off at the back for 30 seconds, before switching it back on?
Can you please also ensure that your Hub is well-ventilated at the bottom, and doesn't have anything that may be blocking it? It may also be worth checking that a build-up of dust hasn't accumulated - if so, please turn off your Hub and clean this out with something like a dry cloth, or paintbrush (to get into the fine nooks and crannies)
