Hub 4 intermittent Packet Loss

Hello, I am on the 1Gbps package and I am having packet loss issues but cannot figure out what the problem is. I can be watching a livestream then it starts to buffer every 5 minutes, I have rebooted the hub 3 times today and it still returns with the same issue.

How do you know it's packet loss?

Did you set up a BQM for think broadband?

 

My Broadband Ping - 1GIG HUB4 Router mode
