Hub 4 flashing red, blue and white!

Since this morning I have been unable to get any device to connect to the internet - although I can see the network is available.

My Hub 4 is pulsing white and occasionally flashing blue and red.  I have been through all the help guides - checked connections, rebooted, reset, you name it.  It doesn’t make a difference.

I arranged an engineer to come tomorrow, then had a message to say it was a network issue at my postcode (EH54 6SG) so my appointment has been cancelled.  I’ve checked several times since and local or network issues have been advised.  Issue seems to be in my house.

I’ve just gone on to re-arrange the engineer and now no appointments until Saturday.  Not helpful given I rely on WiFi to work.

 

Can anyone help?

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with no WIFI and the appointment being cancelled.

We did in fact have an outage in your area.

The flashing lights on the Hub would be the giveaway.

We do still have an Intermittent issue ongoing which is due to be fixed 06/06/2023 at 17;00.

If you are still have problems after the above date, Pop back on here and quote reference number F010711375.

We can then take a look again for you.
