Hub 4 constant resets

Virgin sent us a (unrequested) Hub4 a couple of months ago and we have to rest it several times a week, often at about noon. I tried re-using the old router but it now isn't accepted so I sent it back as Virgin asked.

Also, tried to log in to Communities but forgotten my details. Password reset doesn't remind me of my username. So, had to join using wife's email address but can't change to mine as it's "already used" = USELESS.

Re: Hub 4 constant resets

Re: Hub 4 constant resets

Both vent and asking: why does this new router require constant resets?

Not sure. In order to restore what?

Re: Hub 4 constant resets

Several times a week, often at around noon, we lose the internet connection (both cabled into a PC and wireless to a tablet) and we have to reset the router, tho' this doesn't always restore the connection. This didn't happen as often as once a month with the previous router, which was in exactly the same position with the same cable in.
