Hub 4 cannot activate 2.4GHz

Hi, for some reason I cannot activate the 2.4GHz band on my Hub 4.

 

I have tried factory resetting the hub and I have tried changing the 2.4GHz SSID but nothing seems to have worked.

Have you done a 60 second pinhole reset?

Have just tried the pinhole reset with the same result.

Have also tried different channel widths and wireless modes for the 2.4GHz band.

 

Is it possible to see any sort of logs from the Hub 4 to get an idea if it's having any errors?

Thanks for posting and apologies for the broadband issues.I have checked the system today and there is a congestion issue affecting the service. The estimated fix date for this is December 9th 2020. F008147927 is your fault reference
