Hub 4 bricked

So my hub 4 just bricked at 9.01pm 😕 engineer coming on Monday. I can hardly face a weekend without Internet so went to my shop to swipe a hub 3 but it just says it constantly updating once I try to setup. Is it even possible to hook up on my package? I have 1gb Internet.

You can only use the registered hub with a VM connection, no other ones will work.
