Hub 4: Wiser Heat and WiFi coverage

  • Since installing Hub 4 last week I’m unable to connect via WiFi with my Wiser Heat central heating controller. Wiser tell me they know there’s a problem with Hub 4 and are working on it, but I’m not sure what VM is doing about it.
  • WiFi coverage in my house seems to be a bit worse than with the old hub and I can’t check blind spots because Connect app still doesn’t work with Hub 4.

Did you upgrade to the 1 GB package? If not then you dont need the Hub4 - tell them it isn't fit for purpose and ask them to reactivate your old Hub - or send you a new Hub3

No, I  haven't upgraded my package, I just responded to an email from VM plugging the Hub 4.
