Hub 4 Wifi Range

I received & installed my Hub 4 this week, however the Wifi range seems to be very poor. One of my upstairs rooms hardly gets a signal, so I tried to use a signal booster (which I had previously used with my Hub 3). This shows a strong signal in that room, but no internet access. Can anyone explain this to me?

Re: Hub 4 Wifi Range

You’ll need to reset and re-pair the booster to the new hub.

Is it a Virgin supplied booster?

Re: Hub 4 Wifi Range

No, it's TP Link booster. I can get through to Virgin to get a booster.

What model of booster?

Don't use the Virgin ones they’re worse.

Not a booster. Either look into a better router or a mesh system.
