Hi All, I received my new hub 4 on Tuesday as we have moved to the new gig1 line from the 350 line. However, after moving over to the new Hub 4, we have experienced outages consistently, with internet dropping every minute or two on the computers we have connected upstairs. We run an Ethernet cable to the network switch upstairs, which powers a home server upstairs which manages CCTV, and so it has now made that inaccessible outside of the local network now.
I phoned up the support this morning, and was speaking to one operator who said to me that he agreed that it was the Hub 4 at fault, then another tell me it was the local area - even though there is no error on the service status?
I have attached a quality monitor on the network here
When running the network test through the router settings, it indicates to me that the network has errors, but non of the given solutions work.
I've copied some data from the 'Router Status' section of the network settings if that is of any help?
Thank you for your help. It's just annoying that I am experiencing these problems after upgrading to the 'best' network, and has resulted me in not being able to join work meetings for the whole week...
