Since upgrading to a new hub 4 but remaining on the M350 service I have notice variances in the speed tests done within minutes of each other varying from 150mbs to 340mbs. With the hub 3 I was recording 360-370mbs. The hub 4 is in modem mode to a Netgear router and in in turn have ethernet connections to smart tvs and desktop. Only wifi is used for mobile devices.
Can someone review the logs below and confirm if everything looks normal? The hub restarted itself this afternoon but intermittently I notice the light on the hub flashing on and off for a couple of seconds.

Sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having and I can see that you have had some help from the team but they haven't been able to resolve the issues for you.
I have looked over your network statistics on our side and can see that you have a problem with modem SNR across all of your channels and some the downstream channels power levels are too high and to resolve this we would need an engineer visit to your home.
