Hi. Iv got a permanent red light on my hub 3 & it’s getting warm. Any advice please

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @Ducativ4.

Can you please try powering down the hub via the switch on the back of the hub and then try unplugging at the mains for me?

Once this has been done, please allow the hub to cool down for 30 minutes and then plug back in at the mains and switch the hub back on.

Let the hub got through the rebooting cycle and see if the red light populates.

Is this does re-appear, please report back to us.

Hi . Done as you requested. Switched back on, red light back on & got warm again

Just wait here a day or two for your response to be actioned by the VM Mod @David_Bn   He will advise in due course, and I would imagine a tech will be sent to swap the faulty Hub.
