My hub 3 has no sticker on the bottom with admin password

how do I get this?

you need a new hub

The hubs also normally come with a small plastic card with it on that slides in to the slot at the bottom of the hub.

WiFi password is on tag but not admin password

the default password on Hub3 is "changeme" if i recall correctly, or that may be for the 2ac, but worth trying

Each Hub 3, 4 and 5 have a unique settings password which can't be guessed, and Virgin Media can't see that remotely either.

Hi @Rnshepherd5756, thanks for your post although I'm sorry that your Hub is missing some details you need.

Are you trying to access the Hub's settings via 192.168.0.1? It is also known as a Settings Password if so, please make sure that it is not listed as that, as it's strange for the wifi password to be on there but not the settings password - I would've expected both to be missing rather than just one!

I can also see that your Hub isn't new, you have had this for a while so have you ever potentially logged into your Hub Settings before because if so, you may have changed the password to something you remember that is personal to you?
