My Hub 3 had a white power light which recently changed to orange but is now red. Not moved it at all; in open and airy position. Any ideas please?

Unplug it from the wall, leave it a few minutes and then plug it back in.
If it stays red it'll be new hub time unless you have configured it for modem mode.
Thanks for your reply but how do I find out if it's in router mode or modem mode (mentioned by other reply)?
Are you accessing WiFi through the hub or your own router?
If it is the hub then you are in router mode!

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.
I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your hub.
A red light normally means that the hub is over heating, I have taken the opportunity to get a an engineer out to you so that we can get this replaced.

I should have said, you can find this via your my virgin media account.
Will this info be in the 'my orders & appointments' section of my account?
I think that's where they usually end up!!
