Hub 3 won’t connect no internet

Our internet has just dropped out and we just have a flashing green light at the bottom, solid green WiFi light and flashing green arrow light. 
Any assistance you could offer would be greatly appreciated

Thanks. Got an n17 issue and problem with negotiating level.

tried multiple reset but same repeated issue

Welcome to our Community and thanks for your first post - sorry that you had some broadband issues last week. I was a bit confused by your reply - was this a known area issue? 

 

How's things since your post? I've not been able to locate your account to go through further checks so I do hope all is now looking ok for you after a reboot.
