Hub 3 warm and red light

Hi,

My hub3 is warm and showing a red light (same as many others on this forum).  I've reset it, blown out and dust but it's still doing the same.  This has been constant for a couple of weeks now and has corresponded with connectivity issues (regardless of device).  Can you please advise how we go about getting a new device.

You can do the check from the Hub 3 menu.

Login at http://192/168.0.1/

Run the Network diagnostic tool  

Scroll down through the results look for the Temperature entry - is it Normal or not ?

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with Hub3 red light 
I'd like to take a look into this for you and arrange an engineers visit to swap this over
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great. 

In the mean time can you please ensure the hub is in a well ventilated place away from any direct source of heat

Now we have arranged for the hub to be swapped over.
