I upgraded to the Hub 3 and 350mb connection this week.
internet now cuts out constantly, Tv signal was pixelated during the England match, so not happy.
my hub is in modem mode, can you assist please, my hub status is below. I cant post all the information as the board only allows 2000 chars max🙁

If you split the stats into 3/4 posts someone will come by and cast there experienced eye over them for you to see if there's any discrepancies.

I've been able to locate your account using the details you've registered to forums with and looks like there's an engineer booked in to change the set-up.
